Before entering CarZar‘s #ZARyoursafety competition, ensure that you first read and understand the competition Terms and Conditions below.

Entering the Competition

1. This competition is sponsored by CarZar.co.za, in partnership with arrivealive.co.za.
2. To enter the competition, participants must be 18-years or older. Participants must be a South African resident. Non-South African
3. citizens must have a valid residency visa.
4. All entrants must possess a valid Driver’s License.
5. CarZar.co.za and arrivealive.co.za employees may not enter the competition.
6. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to have agreed to be bound by them, when entering the competition.

How it Works

1. How to participate:
   Step 1: Take a Selfie with your seat belt on.
   Step 2: Post your photo on Facebook or Twitter.
   Step 3: Tag and Follow @CarZar on Facebook or @CarZarDotCoZa on Twitter.
   – Use the Hashtag #ZARyoursafety.
2. The competition will be held from Monday, 24th of April and run until Tuesday, 2nd of May 2017 at 23:59 (South African standard time).
3. CarZar.co.za and arrivealive.co.za will not take responsibility for late entries.
4. The competition is a social media based competition and therefore entries must be submitted on arrivealive.co.za Facebook page or Twitter page, using the hashtag #ZARyoursafety.
5. The winner will be chosen at random, from all valid entries.
6. The winner will be advised by post on the arrivealive Facebook page and the @CarZar Facebook page, on the 5th of May 2017.
7. CarZar reserves the right to decide the winning entry.
8. Only one entry is allowed per person.
9. CarZar reserves the right to cancel any competition, without notice at any time.
10. CarZar will not be liable in any way, whatsoever, for any damages or injury suffered as a result of your participation in the competition and while taking the advanced driving course.

Prize Terms

1. The prize cannot be exchanged or sold for cash.
2. The prize is an Advanced Driving Course valued up to R1 500.
3. CarZar aims to select the destination of the Advanced Driving Course, closest to the winner’s place of residency. However, if a convenient location cannot be found, CarZar reserves the right to select the location of the Advanced Driving Course within any South African city and region.
4. If any prize offered is unavailable, CarZar reserves the right to select alternative prizes of equivalent value and to modify, supplement or withdraw all or part of this competition without notice.

Excluded from the Prize

1. CarZar will not refund any costs of entry.
2. Travel costs at destination or transfers.
3. Travel costs to or from city of departure.
4. Costs are the responsibility of the prize winner.
5. No accommodation is supplied in the prize and will be for the winner’s own account.
