The 9th month of the year will witness international vehicle brands showcase their high performance motor vehicles on Johannesburg’s Grand Prix Circuit.
Konstantin von Vieregge, the CEO of Johannesburg-based SA Shows Messe Frankfurt, staged “the first South African Festival of Motoring at Kyalami last year.”
This year, the Messe Frankfurt team will be relying on their newly-found global partnership with the Goodwood Festival of Speed Team, to combine “expertise” with “flair” in order to “ensure a most memorable experience at the country’s prime motoring venue.” The Messe Frankfurt team will be responsible for test drives and off-road activity at the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit – apart from many other events.
Known as the annual popular Wesbank SA Motoring Experience and hosted by the South African Festival of Motoring, the event is a sought-after industry-endorsed motor show.
The 2017 Joburg Motoring Fest is expected to host off-road activity, first-hand witness of vehicle activations by a wide variety of manufacturers and distributors, test drives, variety of manufactures to hit the handling track, super car experiences, classic car experiences, local cars and South African legend cars.
What’s even better, is that the SA Festival of Motoring at Kyalami will be revving up a co-hosting of the Johannesburg Boat and Water Show.
Going off-road…
Off-road events at Kyalami are expected to have exclusive catering and displays for brands involved in ride-and-drive.
The handling track.
Although the handling track will only be hosting one manufacturer, this mysterious manufacturing brand promises to exhibit diversity on the handling realm.
